![]() Here is an official overview of the Paragon 2.0 system, when it was being tested on the PTR: You can find your account or add it to our database, to be tracked, at the Add a BattleTag page. All accounts have both softcore and hardcore Shared Paragon Levels listed, as seen in this example. Paragon Levels are recorded as part of the Account and Character Profiles data, that we track on over 5 million Diablo III characters. These are shared across all characters on an account, split only by softcore and hardcore: all softcore characters share one pool of Paragon experience and Paragon Points, while all hardcore characters have their own pool of Paragon experience and Paragon Points. ![]() The Shared Paragon levels give each character an equal number of Paragon Points, that can be allocated to boost each character's stats. All softcore characters on an account earn max level experience for softcore Shared Paragon levels, and the hardcore characters have their max level experience go into a separate pool of hardcore Shared Paragon levels. Under the Paragon 2.0 system, all experience earned at max character level goes towards Shared Paragon levels. In Patch 2.0 leading up to the Reaper of Souls Expansion, the Paragon system was overhauled into the new Paragon 2.0 System.
